Ottawa Phoenix House is a non-profit organization that provides a safe haven for survivors of narcissistic abuse and coercive control, through peer support, counseling, and group discussions. 

The first of it's kind in Ottawa.

Just as the Ottawa Police and Ottawa Victims Services, we strive to bridge the gap in services offered to victims and survivors of abuse.

Ottawa Phoenix House is an organization dedicated to supporting victims and survivors of narcissistic abuse while raising awareness about its impact.

We strive to cultivate a community where survivors of psychological and coercive abuse are recognized, supported, and empowered to rebuild their lives with autonomy, dignity, and hope.

Our goal is to educate and empower individuals to recognize the signs of abuse early, helping them identify harmful situations before they become deeply entrenched
